• Registration opens: Kosher Pickle Eating Contest and KC Kosher Co-op Hot Dog Eating Contest
• BBQ Judging Begins: Best Chicken

• Cooking Demonstration By Local Chef
• Kosher Pickle Eating Contest Registration Ends

1:30 p.m.

• BBQ Judging Continues: Best Brisket
• Kosher Pickle Eating Contest (Youth and Adult)

2:00 p.m.

• Meet and Greet with the Judges
• KC Kosher Co-op  Hot Dog Eating Contest Registration Ends
• Cooking Demonstration By BBQ Pitmaster Andy Groneman of Smoke On Wheels Competition BBQ

2:30 p.m.

• KC Kosher Co-op  Hot Dog Eating Contest (Youth and Adult)

3:00 p.m. 

• All Winners Announced: Best Chicken, Best Ribs, Best Brisket, and Grand Champion
